At every show we follow the same routine: booth photos with your team and visitors, detail and product shots, a 30-second highlight video and vertical clips for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. The Full Day package adds a 90-second trade fair film and on-stand interviews. Everything is edited the same evening and delivered no later than 24 hours after the show ends — with unlimited usage rights.
You tell us the fair, hall, stand and time window. We agree the shot list: which products, which people, which conversations should be on camera.
The crew is at your booth ten minutes early, shoots discreetly between conversations and uploads the footage straight from the fair.
Editors in Essen cut the highlight video and clips, edit the photos and deliver via a private download link — two revision rounds included.
Trade Fair Basic with two hours of photo and video is €990 plus VAT, Trade Fair Professional with four hours €1,490, Trade Fair Full Day with eight hours €1,990. Travel within North Rhine-Westphalia is included; for other cities it is stated transparently.
