Our office is at Messeallee 26, directly beside the Messe Essen grounds. This is home ground: short-notice bookings, same-evening delivery, and a team that can be at your stand within minutes.
With eight halls, Messe Essen is more compact than Düsseldorf or Cologne — which makes it a pleasant venue to photograph. Short distances, manageable halls, and an audience that is largely made up of trade visitors. Regular formats include IPM ESSEN as the world's leading horticulture fair, E-world energy & water for the energy sector, SPIEL as the largest public board-game fair in the world, Security Essen, Techno-Classica, EQUITANA and SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN.
Our office is on Messeallee, a few minutes' walk from the entrances. That has two practical consequences for you. We can step in at very short notice if a photographer drops out or images are suddenly needed. And we can go back to the office mid-show, review the material, and hand over finished files the same evening.
For most suppliers, 'short notice' means at least a few days of lead time. In Essen it does not. If you call in the morning and we have capacity, we can be at your stand the same morning.
This applies especially to the scenario we hear most often: the show is running, management asks for images for LinkedIn, and nobody planned for it. In that case, call rather than email.
Beyond the exhibition grounds we cover corporate events, anniversaries, award ceremonies and conferences across the whole Ruhr region — Essen, Bochum, Duisburg, Oberhausen and Gelsenkirchen. We know venues such as Zollverein Coal Mine, the Essen Philharmonic and the Colosseum Theatre from practice.

Yes. At consumer shows with very high footfall we recommend a slot before the doors open for clean stand photography, plus a block during peak hours.
