CARAVAN SALON opens on 28 August with a day reserved exclusively for trade visitors. For photography, that is by far the most valuable day of the entire show.
The reason is simple: on the public days that follow — especially across the two weekends — there are people standing in front of every vehicle, interiors are continuously occupied, and clean shots are effectively impossible. On the trade day the aisles are comparatively clear and you can actually get to your own vehicles.
So our recommendation is unambiguous: book 28 August for the product photography and, if budget allows, an additional weekend day for atmosphere and visitor reactions.
The interior of a motorhome is a genuine photographic problem: very tight space, extreme contrast between the windows and the inside, and surfaces that bounce the fitted artificial lighting back at several different colour temperatures.
So we work with very wide lenses, added directional light, and multiple exposures blended together. The result is that you see the interior and what is visible through the windows at the same time — instead of blown-out white panes or dark corners.
In practice: proper interior photography needs roughly 15 to 25 minutes per vehicle with nobody inside. Plan for that on the trade day, or open the vehicles for us before the show opens.
The weekend days are useless for product photography — but they deliver something the trade day cannot: people reacting to your vehicles. Families stepping into an interior for the first time, queues in front of a new model, a genuinely full stand.
For dealer communications, social media and promoting next year's appearance, those images are often worth more than any studio shot — because they show demand rather than product.
Everything runs in English if you prefer, and nothing needs arranging locally — we bring our own cameras, wide lenses, lighting and stabilisers.
Invoicing is issued by a German GmbH with a VAT identification number, so EU-registered companies are billed under the reverse-charge procedure with no German VAT added.
Your models from every angle, cleanly separated from the hall background — on the trade day with no visitors in frame.
Wide lenses, added directional light and blended exposures, so interior and window view are visible at once.
Families inside the vehicles, queues and full stands on the public days — images that show demand.
A guided walkthrough of your model on video, cut for your website and dealer communications.
9:16 versions of the interior walkthroughs — the format caravanning content is actually consumed in.
Your whole display area before opening, while nobody is standing between the vehicles.
Your trade fair content should be ready while the attention is still there. We shoot the moments that matter, edit fast, and hand over finished photos and video the same day — depending on schedule, scope and the package you book.
Fixed prices, defined deliverables, predictable turnaround. All prices exclude VAT and include travel within North Rhine-Westphalia.

Tell us the date, venue, stand size and what the images are for. You normally get a fixed-price quote within 24 hours, with no hidden line items.
We arrive with our own equipment, work discreetly around your stand, and never interrupt a conversation or a demo. Shot list agreed in advance.
Edited photos and cut video via a private download link — same day on selected packages.
From €990 excluding VAT for three hours on site. For several vehicles with interior photography we recommend a full day from €3,490, since each vehicle needs 15 to 25 minutes for clean interior work.
The trade day on 28 August. That is when we can reach your vehicles; on public days the interiors are continuously occupied. If budget allows two days: the trade day plus one weekend day for visitor reactions.
For proper interior photography we allow 15 to 25 minutes per vehicle, with nobody inside during that window. Exteriors are faster.
Yes — as a guided walkthrough on a stabilised camera, cut for your website and dealer communications, plus a vertical version for social media.
Yes. Across ten show days this is particularly useful: the trade-day material is ready to use from the first public day onwards.
28 August is the most important photography day of the show and fills up quickly. Send us your hall, stand number and how many vehicles you are showing.
