Koelnmesse is one of the busiest exhibition venues in Europe — and an environment where good stand photography needs timing and local knowledge. We handle photo and video for your appearance, at fixed package prices with fast turnaround.
Koelnmesse is among the largest exhibition grounds in the world and hosts formats with very different characters: gamescom with hundreds of thousands of visitors and heavily produced stands; Anuga and ISM as international food-industry leaders; imm cologne and interzum for furniture and interiors; dmexco for the digital economy; FIBO for fitness; spoga+gafa for garden and outdoor.
That range demands different visual languages. A consumer show like gamescom lives on energy, crowds and light. A trade-only show like interzum lives on material detail, finish quality and calm composition. We agree the style with you in advance, so you do not end up with images that are attractive but wrong for your audience.
At formats with very high footfall — gamescom, Anuga, FIBO — timing matters more than at trade-only fairs. Clean stand overviews without crowds are realistically only possible before the doors open, and then again in the last thirty minutes of the day.
So for these shows we deliberately start early: one hour before entry for the clean shots, then a block during peak hours for atmosphere and interaction. Book from midday onwards and you will only get the busy version — and that does not replace a proper stand shot.
Cologne draws a heavily international exhibitor base, and a large share of our enquiries come from companies flying in for one week. Everything runs in English, the price is fixed in euros before you commit, and no local arrangements are needed on your side.
Many exhibitors combine the stand with an evening reception, a customer dinner or a press conference in the city. We cover both within the same day package and deliver the images together.
Clean overviews before entry, product detail and architecture — the images you will reuse all year.
Full aisles, queues, reactions — for consumer shows like gamescom or FIBO this is the actual selling argument.
A daily recap for social media, or a longer aftermovie covering the whole show week.
Statements, customer testimonials and press conversations with clean audio, even in a loud hall.
Customer reception, stand party or dinner during the show week — covered in the same day package.
A first selection the same day, so your team can communicate from inside the show week.
Your trade fair content should be ready while the attention is still there. We shoot the moments that matter, edit fast, and hand over finished photos and video the same day — depending on schedule, scope and the package you book.

Fixed prices, defined deliverables, predictable turnaround. All prices exclude VAT and include travel within North Rhine-Westphalia.
Tell us the date, venue, stand size and what the images are for. You normally get a fixed-price quote within 24 hours, with no hidden line items.
We arrive with our own equipment, work discreetly around your stand, and never interrupt a conversation or a demo. Shot list agreed in advance.
Edited photos and cut video via a private download link — same day on selected packages.
The same as our standard NRW packages: from €990 excluding VAT for three hours of photography, from €1,950 for photo and video combined, from €3,490 for a full show day with two operators. Travel to Cologne is included.
Yes. At consumer shows of that size we strongly recommend an early slot — clean stand photography is essentially impossible once the doors open. We plan the schedule with you accordingly.
