Thirty minutes from our office in Essen: we photograph and film your appearance at Messe Düsseldorf — from the clean stand shot before the doors open to a recap film ready for LinkedIn the same evening. Everything in English.
Messe Düsseldorf is one of the most important exhibition venues in the world: roughly 306,000 square metres across 19 halls, hosting world-leading shows including MEDICA, interpack, drupa, K, ProWein, boot, EuroShop and glasstec. For an exhibitor that means heavy footfall, very little time, and an environment where good pictures do not happen by accident.
We have worked this ground for years and know the practical details that decide whether the images are usable — which halls have awkward mixed lighting, when the aisles are still clear, and how to photograph a stand without cutting across a conversation that is going well.
A large part of our client base comes to Düsseldorf for a single week from the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, Italy and the Gulf. Everything on our side runs in English — the quote, the briefing, the direction on the day and the delivery.
You do not need to arrange anything locally. We arrive with our own cameras, lenses and lighting, meet you at the stand, and agree the shot list in about ten minutes. We work around your meeting schedule rather than the other way round.
Invoicing is handled by a German GmbH with a VAT identification number, so for EU-registered businesses the reverse-charge procedure applies and no German VAT is added.
One simple schedule works almost every time. The hour before the doors open is for clean stand photography: architecture, signage, products, lighting — no visitors in frame and no packing crates in the background. These are the images you will reuse for your website, your press pack and next year's stand proposal.
Between roughly 10:00 and 13:00 the footfall peaks. That is when the busy pictures happen: full stands, conversations, demonstrations, people in motion. Late afternoon, once the rush drops off, is the window for team portraits and interviews.
If you are only booking three hours, take the 09:00–12:00 block. It covers both phases that matter.
Wide shots, architecture, signage and product detail — captured before opening while the space is still clean.
Real situations rather than staged handshakes: consultations, demos, busy floor space, people in motion.
A 60–90 second film per show day, cut for LinkedIn and your website — same evening if needed.
Statements from your leadership or customer testimonials, recorded with radio mics and lighting in a quieter corner of the stand.
Consistent portraits of your show team against a neutral background — ready for LinkedIn and your website.
A first edited selection during the show day itself, so your marketing team can post while the fair is live.
Your trade fair content should be ready while the attention is still there. We shoot the moments that matter, edit fast, and hand over finished photos and video the same day — depending on schedule, scope and the package you book.

We are about 30 minutes from the venue and hold capacity during the major show weeks. For anything inside a week, call rather than email so we can check crew availability straight away.
