The fairground sits in Stockum in the north of Düsseldorf, directly on the Rhine next to the Merkur Spiel-Arena. Düsseldorf Airport is a few kilometres away, a taxi ride of minutes; the U78 and U79 run from the Hauptbahnhof to the Messe stops.
The halls are numbered up to 17 and connected under one roof, with entrances North, South and East. Hall light is artificial and consistent, which suits clean stand photography; the glass foyers give daylight for portraits.
MEDICA and COMPAMED in November are the largest week of the year, followed by boot in January, EuroCIS in February and ProWein in March. Industrial exhibitors come for glasstec and ALUMINIUM in October, Valve World Expo in December and the GIFA, METEC, THERMPROCESS and NEWCAST week in June 2027.
BEAUTY DÜSSELDORF and TOP HAIR fill the halls in April, CARAVAN SALON at the end of August, A+A in October 2027.
We arrive before the doors open and photograph the empty stand first, then the team, then visitors as the hall fills, always around your conversations, never through them. For multi-day bookings we agree a plan per day.
Interviews are staged in a quiet corner of your stand or in the foyers between halls, with lavalier microphone and our own light. You may photograph and film your own stand; for other stands and recognisable visitors we ask for consent where required. Delivery within 24 hours after the show day. Düsseldorf is in North Rhine-Westphalia, so travel is included.

For MEDICA, boot and ProWein, four to six weeks ahead is sensible. Outside the peak weeks a few days are often enough.
No. As exhibitor you may photograph and film your own stand; our crew enters on your exhibitor passes or a media pass we arrange. For other stands and recognisable visitors we ask for consent where required.
Yes. Düsseldorf is in North Rhine-Westphalia, and travel within NRW is part of every package. There is no travel line on the invoice.
Within 24 hours after the show day ends, first photos usually the same day, so you can post while the show is still running.
