Annual conference, award ceremony, product launch or company anniversary: we deliver images that work in internal communications, on LinkedIn and in the press — often the same evening.
Most of our event work is formats where a company has something to show: annual conferences and customer days, award ceremonies, product launches, company anniversaries, all-hands meetings, summer parties, and evening receptions attached to a trade fair week.
What these have in common is that they happen once, they are expensive, and the value only materialises through what gets communicated afterwards. So we plan in advance which images you actually need — not only which ones look good.
Before every event we run through a short list in four blocks. Room and setup before guests arrive, so the stage, branding and catering are documented untouched. Programme — stage, speakers, audience reactions. People — conversations, networking, your team at work. And obligatory shots: board members, guests of honour, sponsor logos, group photographs.
That last block matters most and is forgotten most often. If nobody says in advance that a photograph of the CEO with the headline sponsor is needed, it usually does not happen — and it cannot be recreated afterwards.
At a corporate event the photographer is not the attraction. We work with fast lenses so flash is rarely necessary, and move so that we are neither in the guests' sightline nor in the catering team's way.
During presentations we change position on applause or slide transitions, not mid-sentence. These details decide whether your guests perceive the photographer as part of a well-run event or as an interruption.
Stage, speakers, audience and break-time conversations — plus the wide shots for your recap and next year's promotion.
The moment of handover, reactions in the room and clean winner group shots — timed to your run sheet.
The product at the centre, guest reactions, and print-resolution press images ready to distribute the next morning.
Atmosphere, decor, speeches and guests — celebratory without staged poses.
Summer parties, team days and all-hands meetings for intranet, recruiting and employer branding.
A selected set in print quality with captions, prepared for distribution to editorial desks.
Your trade fair content should be ready while the attention is still there. We shoot the moments that matter, edit fast, and hand over finished photos and video the same day — depending on schedule, scope and the package you book.
