The most common failure in trade fair video is not the picture — it is the sound. An exhibition hall has constant noise; camera microphones produce unusable material there. We always work with wireless lavalier systems and pick a quiet corner of your stand.
We record statements from management, partners or customers in English and German. For stage programmes with several speakers we use two to four cameras and take audio directly from the mixing desk.
We plan every setup so more than one video comes out of it: the 16:9 recap for your website, LinkedIn and YouTube, native vertical 9:16 clips for Reels, Shorts and Stories — and on request a longer cut for sales and internal communication.
Vertical means shot vertically, not cropped afterwards. Framing, movement and text height are designed for the tall format from the start — the difference is immediately visible in the feed.
We come from film and TV production and shoot with cine cameras, gimbal and our own lighting — on selected productions with RED. At the same time one simple rule applies: no live customer conversation gets interrupted, no tripod blocks the aisle.

Photo and video always come together in one package: €990 plus VAT for two hours, €1,490 for four hours, €1,990 for a full show day including interviews. Travel outside NRW is stated transparently.
For our event packages we deliver the first edit on the same day — depending on schedule and booked scope. The final polished version follows shortly after.

Yes. Reduced rates apply from the second day. A full first day plus shorter blocks on following days for interviews and stage programme works best.
