Most organisers do not need one film, they need three lengths. A highlight video of 30 to 45 seconds for LinkedIn and the website, posted the day after. An event film of about 90 seconds that shows the programme, the stage and the voices, used later for sponsors, sales and the next invitation. And vertical clips for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot natively in 9:16 rather than cropped from the landscape footage.
For conferences, a full recording of the talks is often added. We work with several cameras and deliver each keynote as its own file. See conference photography and recording.
Audiences forgive a soft image, they do not forgive bad sound. For speeches and panels we take the feed straight from the venue's mixing desk or use our own radio mics. For interviews with guests and speakers we use lavalier mics and find a quiet spot away from the music.
We talk to your event technicians beforehand. Usually all we need is a free output on the desk and ten minutes before the start.
We arrive before doors open and film the set-up, the empty venue and the details while it is still quiet. During the programme we stand where we do not block anyone's view and film the audience reactions in parallel. In the breaks we record short statements from guests, speakers or management, in English, German, Arabic or Persian.

Up to 6 hours with a 90-second event film cost €2,990, up to 8 hours with a separate photographer and videographer and an event film of up to 3 minutes €3,990. Multi-camera recordings are quoted by number of cameras.
