E-world is the leading meeting point for the European energy industry — and it takes place on our doorstep. Our office is on Messeallee, a few minutes' walk from the grounds.
Every February E-world brings the European energy industry to Essen: utilities, grid operators, software vendors, trading houses and consultancies. It is a genuinely technical show — it runs on appointments, conversations and deals rather than passing footfall.
For exhibitors that means a tightly scheduled day. The stand is rarely empty and meetings run back to back, leaving almost no room to think about visual content. That is exactly where we come in: we work in the background and never interrupt a live conversation.
Pixer GmbH is based on Messeallee in Essen — the Messe Essen grounds are within walking distance. That sounds like a detail, but it matters during a show: we can be on site early while the hall is still quiet, review material in between, and come back the same day if needed.
It also makes short-notice requests realistic. If an interview with a board member becomes possible on day two, we can usually arrange it without budgeting a full travel day.
Photographing software on screens is difficult — monitors flicker, displays reflect, and screenshots rarely convince in a photo. We solve it through people: the consultant explaining something, the client listening, a hand on the touchscreen. That communicates the service far better than a photographed dashboard.
For companies whose product is essentially consulting, portraits and conversation shots are the most valuable material anyway — they can be reused all year in press releases, on LinkedIn and in proposals.
Overviews, architecture, signage and product details — shot before the doors open, while the stand is still tidy.
Real situations instead of staged handshakes: consultations, demos, busy stands, people in motion.
A 60–90 second film per show day, cut for LinkedIn and your website — same evening on request.
Statements from your management or customer voices, recorded with a lavalier mic and lighting in a quiet corner.
Consistent portraits of your stand team against a neutral background — ready for LinkedIn and your website.
A first edited selection during the show day, so your marketing can post while the fair is still running.
Your trade fair content should be ready while the attention is still there. We shoot the moments that matter, edit fast, and hand over finished photos and video the same day — depending on schedule, scope and the package you book.
