Seatrade Europe is the trade fair and conference for ocean and river cruising in Europe: ports, destinations, shipyards, interior outfitters, technology and service providers meet the buyers of the cruise lines in Hamburg every two years. We photograph country pavilions, models and conversations so your team can use the material until the next edition in 2029.

At Seatrade Europe there are rarely products in the classic sense. Ports and destinations present themselves with landscape imagery, harbour plans and hospitality; shipyards and outfitters with ship models, material samples and renderings; technology providers with screens. We photograph country pavilions as a whole — with your delegation, your colours and the design your tourism board paid for — and ship models from a low angle with raking light so superstructures and hull lines gain contour.
Large-format prints and screens we photograph free of reflections and with adjusted exposure so maps and schedules stay legible. Material samples for interiors — fabrics, woods, flooring — we shoot in series on a neutral background.
The show lives on encounters: port representatives and cruise line buyers, mayors and captains, signatures on berthing agreements, receptions in the pavilions. We photograph these moments in available light and without flash — handshakes, contract signings and group pictures with everyone involved, which then appear in press releases from port, city and cruise line.
If you speak in the conference programme, we cover stage and audience from two positions and cut short vertical quote clips. A 30-second highlight from the stand is delivered on the evening of the shoot, subtitled in English for your international partners.
Wednesday is opening day with the most delegations and appointments; Thursday is the day of longer conversations and receptions. Friday closes at 2 pm and is much quieter — good for team portraits and interviews, unsuitable for stand life. We recommend a four-hour package on Wednesday including the hour before opening for pavilion and model shots, or a full day on Wednesday if contract signings are scheduled.
Since Seatrade Europe takes place only every two years, your team works with this material until 2029 — an argument for a complete set of pavilion, people and stage rather than individual snapshots.

Handshake, signature and group picture without flash, press-ready the same day.

A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
