World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo is the show for everything served, handed out and used on board: meals, snacks, drinks, amenity kits, tableware, textiles and trolleys. Buyers from more than 160 airlines check look and packaging here. We photograph your products so they look on the tray exactly as they do in your proposal — and film tastings and stand life for your follow-up.

At WTCE inflight catering is presented on trays, in casseroles and bowls — small portions, lots of packaging, often behind chilled cabinets with glass reflections. We photograph meals on the tray from the passenger perspective and at 45 degrees, with warm fill light against the cool hall lighting so meat, salad and dessert stay appetising. Cabinets we open briefly by arrangement, or we work with a polariser against the reflection.
Amenity kits, tableware, blankets and packaging we photograph in series on a neutral background on the stand: same perspective, same white balance, open and closed. These images replace your product catalogue in the airline tender.
A lot happens on the stand at WTCE: tastings, bar service in the Drinks Zone, trolley demonstrations, conversations with catering buyers. From that we cut a 30-second clip and vertical formats that go online in the evening. If you cook or speak in the Taste of Travel Theatre, we cover chef, plate and audience from two positions — without flash so the stage atmosphere is kept.
For new exhibitors in the New Exhibitor Village in hall A1, WTCE is often the first contact with airlines; a short introduction clip of your team on the stand is the material you use to write to buyers after the show.
Food looks best in the first hours, before hall lighting and handling have taken their toll. So we schedule product and tray shots for the hour before opening on Tuesday or Wednesday and photograph freshly plated samples. Airline delegations mostly come on Tuesday and Wednesday; Thursday is quieter and suits interviews and team portraits.
Edited images are delivered within 24 hours, the clip on the evening of the shoot — your follow-up starts before the show is over.
