At Intec machining centres, lathes and laser systems are powered up: spindles turn, coolant sprays, robots load. That movement is exactly what your customers want to see — and exactly what is missing from most stand photos. We photograph the machine with the door open and machining in progress, with shutter speeds that freeze the chip or show the motion, and add details: control, tool changer, workholding. With a closed enclosure we shoot through the window with a polariser against reflections.
At Z the exhibits are small: turned parts, castings, stamped and bent parts, assemblies, seals. We set up a neutral background with our own light on the stand and photograph part families in series — same perspective, same scale — as material for proposal folders and buyer portals.
The video that works at a machine tool show shows one cycle: blank in, machining, finished part out, measured. We film this sequence from two angles with detail shots, underlay it with an explanation by your application engineer via radio mic and cut 40 to 60 seconds with subtitles. Suppliers at Z get a clip made from part views, inspection equipment and the team on the stand instead.
If you present in the professional programme or the Start-up Area, we photograph speaker and audience from two positions.
Tuesday is opening day with the most delegations and appointments; Wednesday brings the longest technical conversations with production managers and buyers. For machine and stand shots we use the hour before opening on Tuesday or Wednesday, when your demonstrator can run the machine for us. Friday closes at 4 pm and is quieter — good for team portraits and interviews.
Since Intec and Z take place only every two years, the material stays current until 2029 — an argument for a full-day package on Tuesday. Images are delivered within 24 hours, the video on the evening of the shoot.

Yes. We agree a time window with your demonstrator, usually before opening, and shoot with the door open or through the window with a polariser. Chips and coolant are frozen or shown in motion.
Yes. Both shows run at the same time on the same grounds with one ticket. For suppliers we photograph part families in series on a neutral background.
Tuesday or Wednesday: the most technical conversations, and the hour before opening for machine and stand. Friday is quieter and suits team portraits.
Yes. Interviews, briefing and the entire engagement run in English — a large share of our trade fair clients come from outside Germany. Invoices with VAT ID for EU companies, no German VAT for companies outside the EU.
