The Messezentrum Nürnberg lies in the south-east of the city. NürnbergMesse lists 16 halls with around 180,000 square metres of covered gross space, plus an outdoor area. The halls are numbered 1 to 12, with 3A, 3C, 4A and 7A added; Hall 10 and the Frankenhalle (Hall 11) have two levels. Three congress centres belong to the site: NCC West, NCC Mitte, linked to NCC West by a glazed passage, and NCC Ost in the Frankenhalle.
The grounds have six entrance areas, including the Mitte, West and Ost entrances. Entrance Mitte is the first stop for many visitors because the underground arrives there. If your stand is in one of the outer halls, name the nearest entrance with your request, and we plan the meeting point and routes in advance.
Many Nuremberg shows are strongly product-driven: toys, organic food, electronics, packaging. For us that means product details make up a large part of the shoot. We bring our own light and small backdrops so colours, surfaces and packaging are right regardless of the hall lighting. Stand overviews happen before visitors arrive, conversations and demos during the day.
The three NCC congress centres are often used for conferences and talk programmes running alongside the show. If you give a talk or sit on a panel there, we record it with one or several cameras and cut a short version for LinkedIn. We fix the slot in the day plan so your stand is not neglected in the meantime.
From Nuremberg Central Station the U1 towards Langwasser Süd reaches the stop Messe in eight minutes. From Nuremberg Airport you take the U2 to the central station and change to the U1; NürnbergMesse gives around 20 minutes in total. Exhibition tickets include a VGN KombiTicket, so visitors can use local public transport in the network during the show.
Our kit is compact: two camera bodies, lenses, a gimbal, lavalier microphones and LED lights fit into rolling cases. No delivery or vehicle access is needed. We are at your stand before opening, agree the day plan with your stand team and then work so your conversations are not interrupted.
Travel from Essen is quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week. Companies from outside the EU are invoiced without German VAT, EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice. The edited photos are ready before your flight home.
NürnbergMesse regulates photography and filming more strictly than many other venues. Under its general terms of participation, an exhibitor may only give paid orders for photos and film of its stand to service providers approved by the organiser and carrying the corresponding pass. Before and after the daily opening hours only these providers may work. Exhibitors may not photograph or film the stands and products of other exhibitors.
NürnbergMesse's service information adds: commercial photography is in principle reserved for the venue's service partner, while photos for your own stand can be taken individually. If a different photographer is commissioned, a paid special permit is required, which must be applied for no later than 21 days before the event begins. This explicitly applies to video and film as well.
For you this means: book us for Nuremberg with enough lead time for the special permit to be applied for within the deadline. We tell you at booking what is needed and plan our work within opening hours. Individual shows may have different conditions; the special terms of participation of your show apply. With recognisable visitors we ask before we shoot.
What we need from you for planning is short: the name of the exhibiting company, the show, hall and stand number, the shooting days and a contact person on the stand. An early request also helps with travel, because in big weeks such as Spielwarenmesse or BIOFACH accommodation in Nuremberg needs early planning.
Autumn 2026 brings Chillventa, it-sa, iENA, BrauBeviale and SPS. it-sa is about IT security, so the subjects are meetings, talks and screens; SPS is about automation, with controls and systems at work, where video takes a large share. BrauBeviale combines machinery with drinks and tastings.
Early 2027 brings HOGA, Spielwarenmesse in February and BIOFACH right after it. At Spielwarenmesse new products need clean product photos and short clips that show how a toy works; at BIOFACH food, packaging and tastings take centre stage. March brings Enforce Tac, IWA OutdoorClassics and embedded world, April the European Coatings Show, June eltec, September FACHPACK and October 2027 interlift.
A typical day looks like this: before visitors are let in, stand overview, team photo and product details with our own light; from late morning, conversations and demos; in a quieter phase, interviews with lavalier microphones. In the evening the first selection goes to you, the rest follows within 24 hours, so you can show your distributors and LinkedIn what is happening on your stand while the show is still on.
Overviews, graphics and exhibits before visitors arrive, lit with our own lights.
New products, packaging and samples cleanly lit, right on your stand.
30 seconds in every package, plus a 90-second film with Full Day.
Statements in English, German, Arabic or Farsi, with lavalier microphones and subtitles.
9:16 clips for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, delivered together with the photos.
We tell you in good time what the NürnbergMesse special permit requires.
