AIM Congress is a meeting of investment promotion agencies, governments and investors, with an exhibition floor built around country and city pavilions, free zones and companies looking for capital or partners. After years in Abu Dhabi, the congress moved to Dubai World Trade Centre, and the 2027 edition uses Halls 1 to 8.
The content that matters at AIM is not product: it is people and agreements. Speakers on stage, a minister visiting your pavilion, a memorandum of understanding signed at a table with flags behind it, a delegation meeting that your board wants to see. Those moments are short, often scheduled at short notice, and they need a crew in position before they start. We plan to be on site for AIM Congress 2027.
Before opening. The pavilion or stand without visitors: branding, screens, meeting areas, and portraits of your delegation in business dress.
Plenary and panel sessions. Your speakers on stage, photographed and filmed from the audience or press positions where the organiser allows. Selected photos within the hour for LinkedIn and your media office.
Signings and bilateral meetings. MoUs and agreements from two angles, the exchange of documents, the group photo. We keep a list of scheduled signings and stay in contact by WhatsApp for the unscheduled ones.
Evening. First selects the same evening, the full set and a recap film within 24 hours after coverage ends, with captions and names if you send them.
AIM participants come from Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Gulf, and many are government bodies with their own procurement rules. Booking runs remotely: stand or pavilion number, session times and the signings you expect, a fixed quote within 24 hours. Invoices are in euro from Pixer GmbH. Organisations registered outside the EU pay no German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. Payment is by invoice or online by credit card; the details are in the quote.
Crew travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we cover that week; LEAP in Riyadh runs over the same dates, so April is one Gulf trip for us. Book four to six weeks ahead, and tell us early if you need a formal quotation for your procurement process.

Fixed packages in euro, the same as in Germany. Crew travel and hotel for the week are quoted once and shared between exhibitors at AIM Congress and LEAP in Riyadh. No German VAT for organisations outside the EU.

No. Organisations registered outside the EU receive a net euro invoice without German VAT.
