Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, ADNEC, is the capital's exhibition ground, in the Capital Centre district on Khaleej Al Arabi Street. A long row of interconnected halls runs along a central concourse, with conference rooms above, a marina hall at the water for the naval side of the defence shows and hotels attached to the complex. Zayed International Airport is about half an hour away, the Corniche and the hotel districts fifteen to twenty minutes.
From Dubai, ADNEC is roughly an hour and a half along the E11 motorway. That distance matters for the way we plan: Abu Dhabi rarely needs a trip of its own. A crew that is in Dubai for a DWTC show drives down for your show day and back in the evening, or stays in Abu Dhabi for the week if the show is the anchor of the trip. Either way the flights from Germany are quoted once and shared.
One clarification, because the names are close: WETEX is a Dubai show and is not held at ADNEC. Abu Dhabi's energy weeks are ADIPEC in November and the World Future Energy Summit in January as part of Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week.
ADIPEC in November is the largest week of the year: oil, gas and energy across every hall, national pavilions, ministerial visits and a conference programme that runs in parallel. Exhibitors here need a clean stand set before the delegations arrive, interviews with their technical leadership and a recap the sales team can send to clients who could not travel. The World Future Energy Summit in January gathers renewable energy, water and waste technology, with a strong share of European and Asian exhibitors.
IDEX, with NAVDEX at the marina hall, is the defence and security show in February of odd-numbered years and brings its own media rules: photography is restricted in parts of the venue and around official delegations, and we follow the organiser's briefing to the letter. The Abu Dhabi International Book Fair in spring, and a stream of conferences and award ceremonies through the year, round off the calendar. If your show is not named here, send us the date and hall.
The routine is the same as at Dubai World Trade Centre. We are on your stand before the doors open, photograph the empty architecture and products, then the team, then visitors and conversations as the halls fill, always from the edge of the stand. Interviews are recorded in a quiet slot with lavalier microphones and our own light, subtitled in English and Arabic. Footage is uploaded at midday and after closing, and the editing team in Germany cuts while you are still at the show.
Combined trips are the normal case for Abu Dhabi. When ADIPEC runs in the same weeks as Big 5 Global or Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai, one crew covers both cities and the travel line is divided between all exhibitors of that trip. An exhibitor who shows at ADIPEC and at a Dubai show in the same season pays the flights once. Delivery follows the same rule everywhere: edited photos and finished video within 24 hours after the show day ends, first photos the same evening.

The shooter uploads footage at midday and after the hall closes. The editing team in Germany, two to three hours behind Abu Dhabi, cuts in the Pixer template during their own working day. First photos arrive the same evening, the finished set by the next morning at the latest.

Flights from Germany and hotel nights are quoted once for the trip and divided between all exhibitors covered on that trip, whichever city they are in. The drive between Dubai and ADNEC is part of the trip, not an extra line.
