Warsaw Chopin is about an hour and three quarters in the air from Düsseldorf; Ptak Warsaw Expo lies twenty minutes south-west of the airport, EXPO XXI in the Wola district near Warszawa Zachodnia station. Poznań we reach by car along the A2 or by ICE to Berlin and the EuroCity onward, Kielce is two and a half hours south of Warsaw. Travel, hotel and local transport are one figure on the quote, shared with other exhibitors of the same show week; over two or three days it is a small share of the total.
Polish companies with an EU VAT number receive a reverse-charge invoice without German VAT; exhibitors from outside the EU are invoiced net. We quote and invoice in euro at the German package prices, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Polish is not among our working languages; organisers and international stand teams work with us in English.
Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie, MTP, is the historic heart of the Polish fair business and stands directly opposite Poznań Główny railway station, the easiest Polish venue to reach without a car. Its calendar is broad: Budma for construction in early spring, Drema for woodworking, Polagra for food in autumn, the Poznań Motor Show and Poznań Game Arena. The grounds mix pre-war pavilions with modern halls, so the light changes from building to building and we plan the stand (booth) pictures hall by hall.
Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, on the S8 south-west of Warsaw, is the largest exhibition centre in Poland and one of the largest in Central Europe. Warsaw Motor Show, Warsaw Industry Week and a dense programme of industrial and consumer fairs run in its long, uniform halls. EXPO XXI on Prądzyńskiego street in Wola is the mid-sized city venue for professional shows and congresses.
Targi Kielce, the second-largest fair organiser in Poland, is best known for MSPO, the International Defence Industry Exhibition in September, and for Plastpol, the plastics fair, in spring. Photo rules at Polish venues follow the German pattern: your own stand, staff and products may be photographed freely, visitors in close-up are asked first. At MSPO the organiser's accreditation rules apply, and we handle them with your team in advance.
