For exhibitors at Palexpo: an English-speaking photo and video crew flies in from Düsseldorf, walks from the terminal to the halls, photographs and films your stand (booth), team and product, and delivers publish-ready photos and video within 24 hours after the show day ends. Fixed euro prices, no German VAT for Swiss companies, travel shared between exhibitors of the same week.

Geneva is a flight, not a drive. We travel from Essen to Düsseldorf Airport, ten minutes from our office, and land in Geneva about an hour and twenty minutes later. Palexpo is connected to the airport terminal by a covered walkway. We fly in the evening before the first shooting day and are in the hall before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors we serve in the same show week. At EPHJ, where hundreds of suppliers to the watch and microtechnology industry exhibit at once, three companies each carry a third of flights and hotel. Over a two- or three-day booking the travel share becomes a small part of the total, while the packages stay at the fixed euro prices we charge in Düsseldorf or Frankfurt, €990, €1,490 and €1,990. Switzerland is outside the EU, so Swiss companies are invoiced without German VAT; EU exhibitors with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice. On the stand we work in English.
Palexpo is the exhibition and congress centre of Geneva, seven halls beside the airport and the motorway. Because trade fairs and congresses at Palexpo share the site with the airport, most exhibitors and visitors arrive by plane and leave the same way, and the pressure to have photos and video ready before the flight home is real.
EPHJ in June is the world's largest gathering of suppliers to the watchmaking, jewellery and microtechnology industries, a show of precision parts and machines where product detail matters more than wide shots. Watches and Wonders in April brings the leading watch houses to Palexpo with elaborate brand pavilions. The Salon International des Inventions in April and the Automnales consumer fair in November complete the calendar; the Geneva International Motor Show, held here for decades until its final Geneva edition in 2024, is now part of the site's history. Congresses of the international organisations fill the remaining weeks.
On the first morning we are in the hall before opening and photograph the stand while it is still clean: architecture, lighting, signage, product displays and, at EPHJ or Watches and Wonders, the macro detail of movements, components and finished pieces. Once visitors arrive, the focus moves to your team in genuine conversations, demonstrations and the aisle traffic in front of your stand. No meeting is paused for a picture.
On a second or third day we add on-stand interviews with your management, Swiss partners or customers, product close-ups in the quieter hours and the evening event if you host one. Vertical clips can go out while the show is running; the finished films arrive within 24 hours after the show day ends, cut by our remote editing team while you are on the way to the terminal.
Architecture, signage and product detail before opening, then atmosphere all day.
Real conversations and demos instead of staged handshakes. No meeting is interrupted.
A 30- to 90-second film per show day for LinkedIn, Instagram and your website. Vertical versions included.
Management, distributors or customers on radio mics, subtitled in English, German, Arabic or Persian.
Macro photography of components, movements and finished pieces for EPHJ and watch-industry exhibitors.
Edited photos and the finished video via private download link within 24 hours after the show day ends.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.

Flights from Düsseldorf and the hotel are quoted once per trip and split between the exhibitors we serve in the same week at Palexpo. Over two or three days at EPHJ or Watches and Wonders that single share stays a small item on the quote.
Six weeks ahead is sensible for EPHJ and Watches and Wonders, when flights and hotels around Geneva are in demand. Short-notice requests work when we are already in Geneva or Zurich that week.
Our working languages are English, German, Arabic and Persian. Briefing, direction and delivery run in English, which is how international Geneva works anyway.
As an exhibitor you may photograph and film your own stand. We stay within your stand and the aisle in front of it and register in advance where an organiser requires a supplier or press pass. Brand pavilions at watch shows often have their own rules, so we align the shot list with your team beforehand.
Selected material is uploaded during the day and our editing team in Germany cuts remotely while you are still on the stand. Photos and video arrive as a private download link within 24 hours after the show day ends.
Tell us the show, hall and stand number and the days you need. You get a fixed-price answer in euro within 24 hours.
