Dublin Airport is a direct flight of under two hours from Düsseldorf, and the airport coach or a taxi reaches Ballsbridge or the Docklands in about forty minutes. We travel from Essen/Düsseldorf the day before your first shooting day and are on your stand before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors who book the same week, and for a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. Ireland uses the euro: the packages are €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT, exactly as in Germany. Irish and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice without German VAT; companies from outside the EU pay no German VAT either. On the stand we work in English; interviews and subtitles come in English, German, Arabic and Persian.
The RDS in Ballsbridge, a short DART ride south of the centre, is the city's classic exhibition ground with the Main Hall, the Simmonscourt pavilion and the arena. Its calendar runs from the Holiday World Show in January and Catex, the catering show, to Dublin Tech Summit in late spring and the Dublin Horse Show in August. The Convention Centre Dublin on Spencer Dock, is the address for association congresses and technology conferences with sponsor stands in its foyers.
Dublin is also the European headquarters city for many technology and pharmaceutical groups, so we also cover town halls, launches and partner summits in the Docklands or a hotel.
The first morning belongs to the clean stand, photographed before visitors arrive: architecture from the aisle, signage and screens, product displays and detail. From opening onwards the camera stays with your team in real conversations, demos and full aisles, always at a distance so no meeting is disturbed. On later days come on-stand interviews with your leadership, partners or customers, product close-ups in quieter hours and the evening reception if you host one. Footage is edited in Germany while the shooter is still in Dublin, so a short recap can be published mid-event and the complete film arrives within 24 hours after the show day ends.
