Brno is the second city of the Czech Republic, between Vienna and Prague. From Essen or Düsseldorf we usually fly to Vienna and drive the last hour and a half north across the border, or fly to Prague and take the motorway east; for longer bookings we drive the whole way with the equipment in the vehicle. Either way we arrive the day before your first shooting day.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so for a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. Packages are the same fixed prices as in Germany: €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT, invoiced in euro rather than koruna. Czech and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; companies from Turkey, the UK, Switzerland or other non-EU countries are invoiced without German VAT. On the stand we work in English, German for exhibitors from Germany and Austria, and Arabic and Persian for interviews and subtitles.
The Brno Exhibition Centre, Výstaviště Brno, opened in 1928 in the Pisárky district west of the centre and remains one of the largest fairgrounds in Central Europe. Listed functionalist pavilions, above all the round Pavilion Z, stand next to modern halls such as Pavilion P, the largest on the site. Trams reach the gates from the main station in a quarter of an hour.
The anchor event is MSV, the International Engineering Fair, every October: machine tools, automation, materials and energy technology across the whole site. AMPER brings electrotechnics and automation in spring, IDET covers defence and security every two years together with the PYROS and ISET fire and rescue shows, TECHAGRO shows agricultural machinery and Motosalon opens the motorcycle season. Exhibitors are Czech, German, Austrian and Italian manufacturers alongside suppliers from Turkey and Asia, many of whom also exhibit in Hannover, Düsseldorf or Munich.
Day one starts before opening with the empty stand and the machines in position: architecture, graphics, control panels and the product detail that ends up in catalogues and tenders. As visitors arrive we follow your engineers through live demos and real conversations without breaking a single one. On day two we record interviews with management, distributors or customers on radio mics, film running machines so the movement reads on a phone screen, and cover any evening you host in the city. Footage is uploaded during the day and edited remotely in Germany, so a vertical clip can be live before dinner and the full photo set and film arrive within 24 hours after the day ends.

We invoice in euro at fixed prices. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day by bank transfer.
Clean footage is uploaded during the day and cut by our editing team in Germany while you are still on the stand. Delivery is a private download link.
