The stands at InterTabac are as varied as the industry: cigar lounges with humidors, vape brands with LED walls, nicotine pouch suppliers with bright, clean spaces, hookah brands with a lounge feel. Many exhibitors fly in from abroad, English is the working language, and the content has to be finished before the team flies home.

Rush, a brand from the nicotine pouch segment, booked us for InterTabac 2026. On day one we were on the stand (booth) before the hall opened: overviews, product wall, counter and details while the space was still empty and tidy. Those are the images for the website, the press kit and the invitation to the next show.
Day two was about people: the stand team at work, sales conversations, visitors at the product wall, short portraits. Photo and vertical video ran in parallel, two of us, without interrupting a single conversation. The reels for day one and day two went to the Rush marketing team the same evening, while the show was still running.
After the show came a recap of just under three minutes in vertical format. We also recorded a client voice from Rush on the stand, in landscape, with a radio mic and our own light. All four videos are shown here as they were delivered.
Before opening. The halls open to trade visitors at 10:00 and we are on the stand from 09:00. That hour is for the clean stand shots without visitors or boxes, with our own colour-neutral light for product walls, humidors, devices and packaging, and shutter speed and white balance set for LED walls.
During show hours. Footfall peaks between 10:00 and 14:00: conversations, visitors at the product wall, your team. Interviews and client voices go into the late afternoon. Day three closes at 17:00 and suits team portraits and the last detail shots.
Evening. First photos and the day's reels arrive the same evening via a private link, the full set and the recap within 24 hours. Product and advertising claims stay with you: we photograph what is on the stand and make no statements about products.
Dortmund is a home game for us: our office is on Messeallee in Essen, directly at Messe Essen, about 40 minutes from the Westfalenhallen. Travel within North Rhine-Westphalia is included in every package, on every show day, with no travel line and no hotel on your invoice.
Booking takes three messages: hall, stand number and days, then a fixed-price quote within 24 hours, then written confirmation. Payment is 50 percent on booking, 50 percent on the show day. Companies outside the EU receive a net euro invoice without German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID are invoiced under reverse charge. We work in English, German, Arabic and Persian. Ask six to eight weeks ahead; we cover several exhibitors in Dortmund that week.
