Valencia is about two and a half hours by air from Düsseldorf, and Feria Valencia lies on the north-western edge of the city in Benimàmet, twenty minutes from the airport by taxi and linked to the centre by metro and shuttle buses during the large fairs. We travel from Essen or Düsseldorf the day before your first shooting day and are in position before the doors open.
Flights and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week; Cevisama and Hábitat draw enough international exhibitors that one trip often serves several clients, so for a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. Packages are the same fixed prices as in Germany: €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Spanish and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; companies from Turkey, the UK, the Gulf or other non-EU countries are invoiced without German VAT. On the stand we work in English, German for exhibitors from Germany, and Arabic and Persian for interviews and subtitles.
Feria Valencia is one of the largest fairgrounds in Spain, a row of wide halls on two levels grouped around a central avenue in Benimàmet, with hotels close to the site. Its calendar mirrors the export industries of the region: ceramic tiles from Castellón, furniture and lighting from the surrounding towns, gardening and DIY.
Cevisama in February is the international fair for ceramic tiles, bathroom equipment and natural stone and draws distributors and architects from the Gulf, Turkey, the US and across Europe. Hábitat Valencia in September shows furniture, lighting and decoration, Iberflora in October covers plants and landscaping, FIMMA and Maderalia present woodworking machinery and furniture components every two years, and Eurobrico serves the DIY channel. For a ceramics or furniture exhibitor the visual quality of the material matters as much as at a design fair in Milan or Cologne: surfaces, light and texture have to read on a phone screen the same evening.
The first morning starts before opening with the clean stand: architecture, the collection in the stand builder's light, surfaces and texture in close-up. When the aisles fill we follow your team through real conversations and product presentations without interrupting a single one. On the second day we record on-stand interviews with management, distributors or international buyers on radio mics, in English, Arabic or Persian as required, and cover any dinner you host in the city. Footage is uploaded during the day and edited remotely in Germany, so a vertical clip can be live the same evening and the full set arrives within 24 hours after the day ends.
