Strasbourg sits on the Rhine opposite Kehl, one of the few destinations outside Germany we reach by car. We travel from Essen or Düsseldorf down the A5 with all equipment in the vehicle, no flight cases and no baggage limits on lenses or lights, and are set up on the stand before the doors open on your first day. For multi-day fairs we stay in the city or across the bridge in Kehl.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so for a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. Packages are the same fixed prices as in Germany: €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. French and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; Swiss, UK and other non-EU companies are invoiced without German VAT. On the stand we work in English or German; Arabic and Persian are available for interviews and subtitles.
The Parc des Expositions de Strasbourg stands in the Wacken district next to the European Parliament. A new exhibition complex opened here in 2022, the Palais de la Musique et des Congrès next door carries the congress calendar, and trams stop at Wacken and Parlement Européen ten minutes from the centre.
The best-known event is the Foire Européenne in early September, one of the largest general fairs in France, with exhibitors from Alsace, Baden and Switzerland presenting to a public from both banks of the Rhine. Trade shows include EGAST for the hotel, restaurant and food trades and Tourissimo for travel, and congress sponsors at the Palais des Congrès are regular clients for an English-speaking crew. A company that shows in Strasbourg in spring and at Messe Karlsruhe, Messe Offenburg or Messe Stuttgart later in the year can book the same crew each time and keep one consistent look.
Day one starts before opening with the empty stand: architecture, lighting, signage and product detail. Once the aisles fill we follow your team through real conversations and demonstrations without interrupting a single one, and shoot the traffic that proves the stand was busy. Day two adds on-stand interviews with management, distributors or customers on radio mics and the product shots your marketing team asked for. Footage travels to our editing team in Germany during the day; a first vertical clip can be online before the evening, and the complete photo set and film reach you as a private download link within 24 hours after the day ends.
