Stockholm Arlanda is a direct flight of about two hours from Düsseldorf; the Arlanda Express reaches the central station in twenty minutes and the commuter train needs nine more to Älvsjö, next to Stockholmsmässan. We travel from Essen/Düsseldorf the day before your first shooting day and are in your hall before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between the exhibitors who book the same show week; for a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. The packages are the same fixed euro prices as in Germany: €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Swedish and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice, non-EU companies pay no German VAT, and we state an approximate SEK figure in the quote if you budget in kronor. On the stand we work in English; interviews and subtitles come in English, German, Arabic and Persian.
Stockholmsmässan in Älvsjö is the largest exhibition centre in the Nordic countries, minutes south of the city with its own commuter rail station and a hotel at the entrance. The calendar mixes trade and public shows: Nordbygg in April of even years for construction and building services, the Stockholm Furniture Fair in February for design and contract interiors, Formex in January and August for interior products and gifts, and Allt för Sjön, the boat show, in March.
North of the city, Kistamässan hosts smaller industry and recruitment fairs, and the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre takes conferences and launches. We cover them with the same shot list, fixed prices and 24-hour delivery.
Before the first opening we photograph the untouched stand: architecture from the aisle, signage, screens, product displays and material detail. During the day the camera follows your team in real conversations, demos and full aisles with long lenses, interrupting nothing. From the second day we add on-stand interviews with your management, dealers or customers, product close-ups in quieter hours and any evening you host in the city. Footage is edited in Germany while the shooter is still in Älvsjö, so a short recap can go out mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.

No. Elmia is in Jönköping, about three hours south of Stockholm. Elmia Subcontractor or Elmia Wood are quoted as a separate trip with their own shared travel share.
