We travel from Essen/Düsseldorf by air to Salzburg or Munich, ninety minutes away by motorway. The Messezentrum lies at the northern edge of the city directly off the A1, roughly ten minutes from Salzburg Airport. We arrive the day before your first shooting day with our own equipment and are on your stand before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors who book the same show week, and for a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. The packages are the same fixed euro prices as in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Austrian and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; Swiss and other non-EU companies pay no German VAT. Salzburg is German-speaking, so we work in German or English on the stand; interviews and subtitles come in English, German, Arabic and Persian.
Messezentrum Salzburg is Austria's second exhibition venue after Vienna, with ten halls, an outdoor area and the Salzburgarena for galas and company events. Its best-known show is Alles für den Gast in November, the largest hospitality and gastronomy fair in Austria, with kitchen equipment, food and drink brands and hotel suppliers. In February the Hohe Jagd & Fischerei fair fills the halls with hunting, fishing and outdoor brands, and Bauen+Wohnen Salzburg serves the building and interiors market.
In the old town, Salzburg Congress hosts medical and industry congresses. Exhibitors with a show at Messe München in the same period get one crew and one travel quote for both cities.
The first morning starts before opening with the clean stand: signage and lighting, screens, product displays and detail. Once visitors arrive we follow your team in real conversations, tastings and demos, so no sales talk is interrupted; at Alles für den Gast that means cooking shows, bar demonstrations. On later days we add on-stand interviews with your management, dealers or customers, product close-ups in quieter hours and any evening you host in the city. Footage is cut in Germany while the shooter is still in Salzburg, so a short recap can be published mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.
