Düsseldorf to Madrid-Barajas is a flight of roughly two hours and forty minutes, and from the airport IFEMA is one of the closest venues in Europe: a few minutes by taxi or two stops on Metro line 8. We fly in the day before your first shooting day and are at the pavilion before opening, with everything we need in our own cases.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so over a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. The packages are the fixed prices we charge in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990 plus VAT. Spanish and other EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice; non-EU companies pay no German VAT. On the stand we work in English; German, Arabic and Persian are available for interviews and subtitles.
IFEMA Madrid, also called Feria de Madrid, lies in the north-east of the city next to the airport, with the Feria de Madrid metro station at the south entrance. Its pavilions are arranged in two rows along a central avenue and numbered clearly, so finding a stand is straightforward on the first morning.
The calendar is strong in tourism, food and technology. FITUR in January is one of the largest tourism fairs in the world, filling the site with tourist boards, hotel groups and destination stands that live from good images. Fruit Attraction in October brings growers, traders and logistics companies from Europe, Latin America and Africa. SIMO Educación in November covers education technology, ARCOmadrid in late February is the contemporary art fair, and Genera, Motortec and Intergift round out the year. The pavilions are high and mostly artificially lit, so we light the pre-opening stand shots ourselves.
Day one begins before the pavilion opens, with the stand still clean: wide architecture, graphics, product displays, screens and detail. When visitors arrive we move to your team in conversation, tastings and live demos, and those images go out the same evening. On later days we record interviews with your leadership, distributors or customers, shoot product close-ups in the quieter early afternoon and cover any launch or evening in Madrid, which at FITUR often means a destination presentation. Footage is uploaded from the pavilion and cut in Germany in parallel, so a short recap is published mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.
Architecture, graphics and product detail before opening, then atmosphere all day.
Real meetings, tastings and demos instead of posed groups. No sales conversation is interrupted.
A 30- to 90-second film per show day for LinkedIn, Instagram and your website, vertical versions included.
Leadership, distributors or customers on radio mics, subtitled in EN, DE, AR or FA.
Destination presentations at FITUR, launches and receptions in the city, covered by the same crew.
Edited photos and finished video via private download link within 24 hours after the show day ends.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.

A sample from our production: the event recap for your website and LinkedIn — below it, native 9:16 footage for Reels, Shorts and Stories, shot in parallel with the main coverage.

Four to six weeks ahead is ideal, because hotels around IFEMA fill early during the big January and October shows.
No. Our working languages are English, German, Arabic and Persian; on the stand and with venue staff we work in English. Interviews and subtitles are available in all four.
As an exhibitor you may photograph and film your own stand. We register as your stand contractor, keep to your stand and its aisle and follow the organiser's rules for wider shots.
