Istanbul is about three hours by air from Düsseldorf and Cologne, with several direct flights a day. Both fairgrounds lie on the European side, so we fly into Istanbul Airport, arrive the day before your first shooting day and stay near the venue: in Beylikdüzü for Tüyap, in Yeşilköy or Bakırköy for the Istanbul Expo Center. Traffic between the two is heavy, so we plan one venue per trip unless shows overlap.
Turkey is outside the EU, so Turkish companies are invoiced at our fixed euro prices without any German VAT: €990, €1,490 or €1,990 net, nothing added. German and other EU companies exhibiting in Istanbul receive a reverse-charge invoice with their VAT ID. Flights and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors of the same show week, so for a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. On the stand we work in English; Arabic and Persian are available for interviews with visitors from the Gulf and Iran, and German for German exhibitors. Turkish-speaking readers find a summary of our service on the Turkish page.
Tüyap Fair Convention and Congress Center in Büyükçekmece is the largest fairground in Turkey, a long row of halls beside the E-5 at the western edge of the metropolitan area. It hosts the industrial calendar: WIN EURASIA for manufacturing and automation, Automechanika Istanbul for the automotive aftermarket, Plast Eurasia for plastics in December, Eurasia Packaging in autumn and EMITT for travel in winter.
The Istanbul Expo Center in Yeşilköy, next to the former Atatürk Airport, is closer to the city and hosts the shows run by CNR Expo, among them the Istanbul Jewelry Show, Beauty Eurasia and CNR Food Istanbul. Many exhibitors we meet in Düsseldorf, Cologne and Dortmund are Turkish companies that show at home first; a crew that already knows their product and brand look can produce consistent material for both markets.
The first morning starts before opening with the clean stand: architecture, graphics, product displays and the detail shots your export catalogue needs. When the aisles fill we follow your sales team through real negotiations and demos without interrupting a single one. On the second day we record on-stand interviews with management, dealers or international buyers on radio mics, in English, Arabic or Persian as required, and cover any dinner you host for customers on the Bosphorus. Footage is uploaded during the day and edited remotely in Germany, so a vertical clip can be live the same evening and the full set arrives within 24 hours after the day ends.
Architecture, graphics and product detail before opening, then a busy stand through the day.
Negotiations, demos and handshakes as they happen. No sales talk is interrupted for a picture.
A 30- to 90-second film per show day for LinkedIn, Instagram and your website, vertical cuts included.
Management, dealers or Gulf buyers on radio mics, recorded in English, Arabic or Persian and subtitled.
Dinners and receptions on the Bosphorus or in the hotel, covered by the same crew on the same trip.
Edited photos and the finished video via private download link within 24 hours after the day ends.
A post with your stand while the show is still running gets seen and shared. That is why every package includes finished photos and video within 24 hours after the event ends — first images usually the same day. Two revision rounds included.
