Birmingham Airport is a direct flight of about an hour and a quarter from Düsseldorf, and the NEC sits beside it and beside Birmingham International station. We travel from Essen/Düsseldorf the day before your first shooting day with our own equipment and are on your stand before the doors open.
Travel and hotel are quoted once per trip and shared between exhibitors who book the same show week; for a two- or three-day booking the travel share is a small part of the total. The packages are the same fixed euro prices as in Germany, €990, €1,490 and €1,990. The United Kingdom is outside the EU, so UK companies are invoiced without German VAT; EU companies with a VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice. On the stand we work in English; interviews and subtitles are also available in German, Arabic and Persian.
The NEC Birmingham is the largest exhibition venue in the United Kingdom, a complex of interconnected halls with its own station, hotels and lakeside walkways. The calendar is dense: Spring Fair in February and Autumn Fair in September for retail, gift and home, Autosport International in January, MACH in April of even years for manufacturing technology, The Photography Show and Crufts in March.
In the city centre, the ICC Birmingham at Centenary Square hosts congresses, industry conferences and product presentations with sponsor stands in its concourse.
Show day one starts before opening with the clean stand: wide views from the aisle, fascia and signage, screens, lighting, product walls and detail. Once the hall fills we photograph and film your team in real buyer conversations, demonstrations and busy aisles, so no order talk is interrupted. On the following days we add on-stand interviews with your directors, retail partners or customers, product close-ups in the quieter hour after lunch and any evening you host at the NEC hotels or in the city. Footage is cut by our editing team in Germany while the shooter is still in the hall, so a short recap can go out mid-show and the full film within 24 hours after the show day ends.
